“We are very proud of this first publication”, said Feliciano, “a truly Glendon-York product, printed by York University Printing Services and launched by York University’s bookstores.”

In fact, this landmark publication will have three launchings in the next few weeks. It will be presented on March 5th at 4:30 (in the Ballroom of Glendon Hall), as a prelude to the literary competitions taking place immediately following, sponsored by Glendon’s Department of Hispanic Studies, with the title "Matices del Espa˝ol /Nuances of Spanish/ Nuances de l'Espagnol".

On March 6th , La Palabra Ardiente/The Ardent Word/La Parole Ardente will be presented on the Keele campus, (room 201, Stong College), as part of Stong College’s Enrichment Lectures and Events Series, from 3:00- 5:00 pm.

The third presentation will take place at Glendon, on March 7th at 4:30 p.m. (in the Senior Common Room, third floor, York Hall), within the context of a literary meeting dedicated to Hispanic women writers, presented by Glendon’s Spanish Club, in celebration of International Women's Day.
